Judith Owen knows exactly how to capture the moment and your attention with her latest wildly impressive album release, "Suit Yourself."

Kicking things off, the “That’s Why I Love My Baby” music video has everything. Judith Owen commands such humble but really big star power, and there is no question why we found her so special. The opening moments show her out and about in New Orleans, garnering attention wherever she goes, with just the right amount of swag.

As the music fills the air, we hear that beautiful bass, piano, and ghost-noted drumbeat come together, and it’s a magnificent moment that really lays the tracks for the entry of Judith Owen. With a soft and stylish design, her vocal presentation is like that beautiful cool breeze that lands on you on a summer day. It’s beautiful and makes you feel good all over.

Her dramatic stops and follow-up declarations ride the supporting arrangement with ease. She effortlessly pulls off amazing, showstopping moments with lines like:

“Everyday baby aims to please me”

As she continues through the crowds on Bourbon Street, you just see the energy and interaction with her fans is indelible, with smiles all over. This is an absolutely electric and infectious performance by Judith Owen.

We followed up this hit with a jaw-dropping cover of Aretha Franklin’s “Today I Sing The Blues,” accompanied by the amazing Davell Crawford, and it left us with tingles all over. The opening bluesy sadness is apparent, but nothing can prepare you for this vocal delivery by Owen and Crawford. Owen’s emotional declaration and raspy performance is something of legend that will have you floored from start to finish. Crawford comes in and puts everything out there to pull your heart out with a soothing but passionate display that leaves you breathless. The combination of these two unbelievable talents was pure magic, and whoever chose to pair them to deliver this magic deserves high praise. Owen and Crawford left us amazed with this absolutely incredible performance.

Taking on the almost impossible task of honoring a legend while still making the moment her own, Judith Owen absolutely nails it with her cover of Etta James’ “Since I Fell For You.” It is one of those rare performances words fall short of fully capturing.

If you need to find a performance and star who will stop your heart, then restart it like a strike of lightning, look no further than the extraordinary Judith Owen. Once again, pairing Owen’s abilities with a song where her talents seem to overwhelm in the best way possible gives us this gem of homage to an industry titan like Etta James. Not everyone can share the same complimentary sentence with the incomparable Etta James, but Owen absolutely earned it. The slow breaks, where she leaves you in an absolute hypnotic state waiting for her beautiful delivery to return, make her shining moments even more amazing. This is something even audiences with the highest expectations would rise up and give a standing ovation.

We heard the whole album, and it’s impossible to choose a favorite, so we leave the rest for you to unveil. We know you will be astonished.

We are so happy to have found and become huge fans of the incredible Judith Owen, and we can’t wait for you to experience the same.
