We came across rising artist Starry Venus and her latest release, the EP SOUL, and what we found was a transcendent, emotive work that bridges sonic intimacy with cosmic vision. We started with the opening track, “Stars.” Its entrance is subtle but striking. It’s a meditative soundscape that immediately creates space for introspection. The textures are gentle and celestial, evoking both serenity and movement. There’s an underlying rhythm that pulses like a quiet heartbeat echoing through the galaxy. There’s a wind-tunnel effect to how the lyrics hit, sweeping across the mix with grace but never losing force. Her voice lifts and falls with perfect control. It’s a brilliant performance, possibly the EP’s emotional high point.
Having experienced SOUL in full, we were genuinely moved. Starry Venus doesn’t just craft songs. She creates sonic environments, spiritual invitations, and emotional landscapes.
