I stumbled across 'Trilogy' by Soul Rash, and the entire album proved to be an outstanding rock journey filled with tremendous musicianship, undeniable passion, and one fabulous listening experience from beginning to end.
“Divided We Stand” starts this album off with a guitar intro that is absolutely exhilarating. The driving flow, supported by intricate drum fills, was such a euphoric opening and left me in absolute awe of this band. Add the vocals, which felt like an otherworldly firestorm, and it made this a heart-pounding roller coaster ride that I absolutely loved.
Trilogy” has a remarkable glow, anchored by a thunderous drum beat and an irresistibly rhythmic pulse. A true highlight is the vocal performance. It begins with a storyteller-style delivery and takes you down an emotional road that's so intriguing. Then it transforms into soaring, emotionally charged vocals. This performance is simply phenomenal. The twinkling keyboard notes fill the room beautifully.

Covering Pink Floyd's “Have a Cigar” was such a surprise that felt like a massive homage, while also sounding completely fresh and exciting. The keyboard performance was award-worthy, and I could not believe the guitars. Once again, I was completely blown away. It felt like razor blades flying through the sky, slicing everything in their path to pieces. The vocals literally sent me into rock and roll heaven and earned Soul Rash the highest possible respect in my book. This is one truly exceptional group of performers that deserves every bit of the praise. Soul Rash is made up of Christopher Smith, Billy McKee, Jim Roberts, Chris Rybitski, and Brett Roberts.
