We had the chance to hear the latest release by Chasing Stars, “FALLING”, and to say this song is incredible is an understatement.
Right out of the chute, the track kicks off with a blazing guitar intro from Desi Pena that feels like a rocket tearing through the atmosphere. The crisp, screaming notes are powerful, and the sustained final chord seamlessly collides with a thunderous drum strike from Tony Cardillo, evoking the imagery of a superhero smashing into the ground, ready for battle. This explosive opening in the first 15 seconds sets an adrenaline-charged tone for the powerful track that follows.
After a brief interlude, Miguel Angel draws the listener in with an emotional confession, delivering the vulnerable lines:
“Lately I’ve been feeling hopeless / so many words I left unspoken / every time I look away
my demons fight back at me”
