Required Qualifications:

  1. Passion for Music

    • A genuine love for music across various genres, with a strong interest in discovering and promoting new artists.

  2. Social Media Savvy

    • Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify.

    • Experience in creating engaging content (photos, videos, and posts).

  3. Communication Skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage peers, student organizations, and influencers effectively.

  4. Networking Abilities

    • Comfortable initiating connections with campus organizations, influencers, and local businesses to build promotional partnerships.

  5. Creativity and Initiative

    • Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing ideas and events.

  6. Organizational Skills

    • Capability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  7. Data-Oriented Mindset

    • Interest in using analytics to evaluate marketing success and make data-driven decisions.

  8. Availability and Commitment

    • Must be enrolled as a student at the campus being represented.

    • Ability to commit to 5-10 hours per week for the internship duration.

  • Prior experience in event planning, social media management, or campus leadership roles.

  • Involvement in campus music culture (e.g., radio, performance groups, or music clubs).

  • Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
